API 16C kill manifold
Linkbridge Oil is a trusted kill manifold manufacturer in China, offering precision-engineered, API Spec 16C-compliant kill manifolds for critical well control operations. Our equipment is designed for safe, efficient, and high-pressure injection of drilling fluids during drilling, emergency response, and well pressure management.

What is a Kill Manifold?
A kill manifold is an essential component of a well control system. It enables operators to:
Pump heavy drilling fluid into the wellbore
Inject water or extinguishing agents in case of emergency
Balance bottom hole pressure to prevent well kicks or blowouts
Equipped with check valves, gate valves, pressure gauges, and high-strength pipe assemblies, our kill manifold ensures one-way fluid injection while blocking any backflow from the well.
How a Kill Manifold Works:
In the event of rising wellhead pressure, the kill manifold allows operators to inject kill-weight drilling fluid directly into the well, restoring pressure balance at the bottom hole. This operation prevents uncontrolled influxes (well kicks) and mitigates the risk of blowouts.
Additionally, the kill manifold can:
Release pressure through blowdown lines
Inject water or extinguishing agents for emergency interventions
Provide secure unidirectional flow using check valves that block reverse pressure
