Top Entry Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve
TEV Top Entry Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves are designed to meet API 6D standards and feature a 1-piece top-entry design. These valves offer a wide selection of sealing materials, including PTFE, PEEK, Devlon, and Nylon, making them suitable for a temperature range of -46°C to 200°C. The TEV series can be customized with optional configurations such as Double Block and Bleed or Double Piston Type for added performance and safety.
Each TEV ball valve is equipped with a sealant injection system for both the stem and seats, allowing for external intervention to prevent any leakage. The top-entry design enables convenient in-line maintenance, ensuring long-lasting reliability. Additionally, the entire range of trunnion-mounted ball valves is fire-safe certified by ECM’s Register in compliance with API 607 standards.
